Hot Sausage Feta Honey Pizza (Printable)

# What You Need:

→ Dough & Base

01 - 1 lb pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil, divided

→ Sausage & Cheese

03 - ½ lb hot Italian sausage, casings removed
04 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

→ Toppings & Garnish

06 - ¼ cup hot honey
07 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes
08 - Fresh parsley or basil, chopped

# How-To:

01 - Preheat oven to 475°F. Place pizza stone in oven if using.
02 - On lightly floured surface, roll dough to desired thickness for two medium pizzas.
03 - Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
04 - Transfer dough to pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush crusts lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, followed by sausage and crumbled feta.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
06 - Remove from oven. Drizzle hot honey generously over each pizza. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Garnish with fresh herbs. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
